Pulp Detective monthly magazine for boys features 3 gritty crime stories set in 1930's America. I'm busy illustrating the adventures of hardboiled gumshoe Henry Reed for issue3 right now but issue 1 is in WHSmith and other news agents. It's a new venture by Plesio Publishing so we're all hoping it does well. Here's a news item that'll give some background:-
