DESIGN BRIEF: PRESS & RELEASE ARTISTS’ BOOKS

The Press & Release exhibition at Phoenix Brighton celebrates the rich and multi-faceted world of artists' books, with a focus on hand-made and limited edition books, and experimental formats. It places books into an imaginative, purpose-built installation within a gallery setting and provides an immersive, tactile and multi-sensory experience of artists' books.
We are calling for artists to create an arresting and memorable image for use in promoting the exhibition in printed and online formats. The selected artist will be paid £300 and will be expected to develop the final design into several simple variations with and without text.
