WORK EXPERIENCE
I work for a local graphic design company as a graphic designer (BA) and on a freelance basis as an Illustrator (MA).

I enjoy combining a mixture of modern digital skills with more traditional handmade techniques. I love using bold colours, and imperfect shapes to create quirky and kitsch compositions inspired by my German origins.

CREATIVE ASPIRATIONS
I have my heart set on working in Children’s Book Illustration (having written and illustrated three children’s books myself), and would also welcome opportunities to illustrate Lifestyle magazine articles.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
I love baking cakes, growing flowers, cycling by the sea and lazing around on the sofa with my husband and two black cats. I also enjoy being a guest artist in the Brighton Open Houses and meeting other creative people.
