Andrew Hofmeyr

I was born and grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa where I worked as a comic book illustrator before moving first to Taiwan as an ESL teacher and then to Brighton England. I have a love for Africa that infuses my work which centers around a strong use of line and colour. I am now living in Brighton establishing myself as an illustrator of children’s books. I have just self-published my first children’s picture book ANIMOCITY and am collaborating on another project about a flying cow.
