BlogThe Art of Illustrated Letters
Posted by Angela McKay on Sun 15 Jan 2012
Create beautiful illustrated letters to send to friends, family and colleagues. In contrast to our email and text based modern society, this rich method of communication will be cherished and preserved for years to come. We will look at how artists and illustrators of the past and present have illustrated their letter writing and how it can even be used as a means of promoting your own artwork. Basic materials, such as paper and pens, will be supplied but please bring any extra materials you would like to use such as paints or printing materials.
Venue: Phoenix Brighton, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Brighton BN2 9NB
