Scott on election day

If this is residency, I want more. Just spent 2 hours at Brighton's first pop up restaurant (at the back of City College, Brighton) completing a piece inspired by the people and place. Was treated to a fantastic 3 course lunch, and waited on by a team of keen staff. All the artists involved's pieces will be auctioned this Saturday for Brighton Age Concern. Pop in or please submit your bids on-line http://www.residencepop-up.com/#/auction/4539111912 More work being uploaded as the deadline approaches.

Good one Mandy! There were two other members from B.i.G. taking part along with yourself and Geo Parkin.
Emily Wallis who writes
“I’m glad I did it because it was a good experience and the money they raise from the auction goes to charity. I’ve never done anything like this before and I couldn’t believe how fast the time went… I needed another four hours to make my picture look good!”

and Will Scobie
“It was good fun, I was invited to participate with the event. I thought it was a great idea. Drawing and dining, raising money for charity and a tasty meal in exchange for the creation a drawing.”

I’ve posted a piece about this on my blog to - http://willscobie.blogspot.com/

When I went along I saw Lulu who stitched portraits of the diners.

The food was good too!
